Welcome to the Salesforce Agentforce & AI Course, where you will learn how to build intelligent AI Agents using Agent Builder to create powerful, AI-driven Salesforce applications.

This course is designed to take you from beginner to advanced level, covering the complete Agentforce Platform, Agent configuration, and all types of prompt templates from scratch. You will learn how to create simple and complex custom actions using Apex, Salesforce Flows, and REST APIs, and understand how Agentforce for Developers can significantly boost developer productivity.

You will explore how Agentforce Agents act as AI assistants inside Salesforce CRM, capable of understanding natural language and operating across multiple channels using large language models. The course covers how to enable Agentforce, use standard actions, and build custom business-specific actions that reduce manual effort for Salesforce users.

You will gain a deep understanding of Salesforce Trusted AI + Data architecture, including the Einstein Trust Layer, agent planning and execution, data-triggered agents, and background automation. The course also covers Agentforce with Data Cloud, Agentforce Data Library, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and working with unstructured data.
