Generative AI from Scratch: Complete Beginner to Advanced

Welcome to Generative AI from Scratch: Complete Beginner to Advanced.

Not long ago, creating an image, a video, or a piece of software meant years of training and expensive tools. Today, you can do all of it by typing a few words. That’s the power of generative AI, and in this class I’ll show you how to use it properly, not just scratch the surface.

You don’t need any technical background. We’ll start from the very basics and move forward one lesson at a time. By the end, you’ll know how to write, design, create videos, and even code with AI, all from one skill set.

What you will learn in this class:

• What generative AI is, how it works, and how to get started with it.

• How to write prompts that give you accurate, useful results instead of random output.

• How to generate stunning images with AI from simple text descriptions.

• How to create AI videos and make your first video from scratch.

• How to use generative AI for coding, even if you have never written code.

• How to combine these tools in a hands-on class project.

After completing this class, you will be able to:

• Use generative AI tools confidently in your work, studies, or business.

• Write clear, effective prompts for text, images, video, and code.

• Create professional images and short videos in minutes.

• Build simple projects with AI-assisted coding.

• Save hours of work and offer AI-powered services to clients or employers.

How this class works

This is a hands-on class, so I encourage you to follow along and try every lesson yourself. There’s a class project at the end where you can practice what you’ve learned. All the prompts and resources I use are in the resource folder, so you can copy them and practice at your own pace.

If you’re completely new to AI, you’re in the right place. And if you get stuck at any point, just post your question in the discussion area. I’m always happy to help.

See you in the first lesson!
